Greg Rosenbaum

Greg Rosenbaum joined The USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors with impeccable credentials. His accomplishments in the fields of business, sports, politics, and non-profit leadership stretch far and wide.

 

Rosenbaum’s service work and accolades include: the Board of Directors of The United States Olympic and Paralympic Foundation; charter member of the Clinton Global Initiative; Board Chair of the National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC); recipient of the Public Service Medal by the Secretary of the Army; and an appointee by President Obama to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. He also served as Team Leader for Team USA’s Modern Pentathlon Team at the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2016 Olympic Games.

 

In 1987 Rosenbaum was a founding Managing Director of private equity behemoth The Carlyle Group. Two years later he launched the merchant banking and investment firm Palisades Associates, Inc., where he remains President. He graduated Harvard College magna cum laude with degrees in Government, Law, and a Masters in Public Policy.

 

Rosenbaum lives in Maryland with his wife of nearly 40 years, Marti. They have three grown children: Eli, Eve, and Elliott.
