| Wednesday, June 6, 2018The Make a Splash Tour presented by Phillips 66 touched down in the Pacific Northwest for stop number two on Monday. The day was filled with swim lessons, a refinery tour, media and a special visit to the Seattle Seahawks' practice. USA Swimming documented Nathan Adrian and Rowdy Gaines' day on their Instagram story, which can be replayed in the 'Make a Splash' highlight.
Nathan and Rowdy got an early start to their day for a morning show appearance on KING 5 NBC in Seattle. Reporter Jake Whittenberg chatted with the pair on the USA Swimming Foundation, Make a Splash and even got a quick race in with Nathan.

Stop number two on the day was to Phillips 66's Ferndale Refinery, where Nathan and Rowdy toured the facility and met with employees for breakfast 🌯🌯🌯.
Back in the pool
Stop number three put the Olympic duo back in the pool with kids at the Whatcom Family YMCA in Bellingham, Wash.
Swimming meets the seahawks
Nathan and Rowdy then took a trip to 👀 the Seahawks' 🏈 practice. With a number of 🏊♂️ on the roster, everyone was looking for tips, especially Russell Wilson.

The day concluded with a press conference, swim lesson and reception at the Bellevue Club! What a great day in Seattle!
